FLEAZAAR SCHEDULE 2018
EACH SATURDAY BEGINNING SATURDAY, APRIL 28, THROUGH JULY 7, THE BARNS WILL BE OPEN FOR DROP-OFFS.
Saturday, July 14, tents start to be put up at 8 am. Lunch provided.
Sunday July 15, after the service, the barns emptied and tent areas set up. Lunch provided.
Monday, July 16, items in tents/barns are organized. Lunch provided.
Tuesday, July 17, items in tents/barns are organized. Lunch provided. Early shopping starts at 2 pm (for those with 10 hours of volunteer work). Sheets for early shopping are available at the registration table.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 18, FLEAZAAR SALE DAY, 7 am to 3 pm. Lunch on your own. Christian Ed food tent has delicious choices.
Thursday, July 19, tents are taken down and put away and area is cleaned. Lunch is provided.
Friday, July 20, remaining clean up if needed.
FLEAZAAR SHOPPING AND PRICING:
1. Early shopping starts at 2 pm on the Tuesday preceding the Wednesday sale.
2. Only those with 10 or more volunteer hours are eligible to shop, guests (spouses, children, parents, etc.) cannot accompany early shoppers.
3 .The Registration table will have “permits” to shop.
4. If two or more people want to buy the same item, hold a silent auction with a stated end time.
1.Each tent/area sets their own policy. They can offer discounts, bargains, etc. as best fits their needs.
2.Do not price an item you intend to buy.
3.Do not “hide” an item you intend to buy.
Half price sale
1.The half price sale has no set start time, but will begin at the same time for everyone in the afternoon. Each tent captain will be notified when the sale will start. The church bell will ring announcing the beginning of the sale. The half-price sale is optional for each area.
1.The bag sale will begin after the half price sale, using the same procedure as above for the half price sale.
Held over items
1.We can accommodate a limited number of items to hold over for next year or attempt to sell on-line. Only high value items should be considered.
